Your request is then forwarded to a mortgage broker registered with the AMF. The broker prepares the request, presents it to lenders and explains the terms received. You choose, and the lender decides.

PMECAP is a comparison site. It is not registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers. It does not act as a broker: no lender approached, no terms negotiated.
Requests are forwarded to a mortgage brokerage firm registered with the AMF. The broker who contacts you identifies themselves and provides their written disclosures.
The broker discloses in writing, before acting, how they are paid and any fees. They also disclose how many lenders they approached over the past 12 months.
